maybe you can file a police report because if it's your car and your title that means he took your title and forged your signature to sign over to his daughter. Perhaps with the report the court will go after himHow can i get my car back after husband has changed title into daughters name to avoid court order of said car?
Well, it's going to be really difficult to get the car back if you do not know where it's located. The other problem is that the title is in his daughters name. It sounds like legally she owns the vehicle not you. However, you could possibly take it to small claims court and plead your case to the judge. If you can convince the judge that you were the true owner of the car you may be able to get your car back by hiring a repossession company to help you track your car down.

Make sure that if you do go to small claims court that you bring documentation that you were making payments on the vehicle, if it is the case you were making payments. This is a great way to show that you may have a right to the vehicle.

Let the court know that he did this.(through your lawyer) This is against the law because he forged documents. Show your papers that you had on the car. This will prove that you are the owner. How can i get my car back after husband has changed title into daughters name to avoid court order of said car?
1st off you need to see a lawyer about your legal rights. Domestic violence? Appears this is his way at getting back at you.

Since he has hidden the car, the cost to find or locate maybe difficult or expensive to find. Maybe somehow if the lawyer could get the guy in jail, %26quot;he might have an incentive%26quot; to tell you where it is and then I suggest you put in a GPS (that is hidden) in the car if he were to do this again. Also, you might want to have the locks changed on this car.

You have more problems than this car but the domestic violence, so talk to a lawyer, since this guy is a real loser and the good news is that you divorced him.

good luck
