Hi
I am in the process of buying a car. The person who i am buying from owes the dealer $3000, so the car is in the name of the dealer. I am going with that person on Tuesday to the dealer, so he can pay off the dealer, which in turn will allow the dealer to change the title to that persons name and then he will change it to mine.
How long is this process going to take, because this person is leaving the country on the 24th of November.
