okay ive bought my car a year ago and i didnt get my title changed over and this year went to go change it in my name and they said it will cost me 526 to do that i was wondering how can i bi-pass this???/cheaper route....need ideas please helpNeed help with car titles?
whats there reason for so much, idk where you live but in ky they go by exactly what the car bluebooks for when you pay taxes up front, but if you contact the person your purchased the car from they can sign a paper sayin you paid less even though you might not have and they will just charge you for what you paid on it...
