I don't want to sell the car to someone with giving out my title and the registration with my name and info as if there is any problem,, it's gonna be in my name.

I suggest that you write up a buyers order have price of the vehicle Vin number and miles on it have it say that the deal is final sold as is. You sign it and they sign it. You will need to get your title out sign it and hand it over to the new owner. They will then need to go to the dmv and purchase a new one. At the DMV they will charge them tax, title and license fees. A new title will be mailed to them. In Illinois new plates and title fees are 143.00. I don't know what city you are from so I can't tell you tax. You should be good to go then. If I were you I would request cash, money order or a cashiers check.
