each state is differant and it's best to have your mom tell license beureu it is a gift that way you pay less tax, than make payments to her monthly, if that can't be done than you'll have to have her make the bill for less than what you paid her for to save again. the cost is usually about 200.00 if a gift otherwise you have to pay state tax on the actual price you paid your mom. best to call license beureu and ask as mentioned each state is differant.
