Well i don't think you can change the title of it being salvaged, if that's what your asking. As far as registering it you just need a transfer of ownership from the auctioneer. I sell new and used cars for a living. And buying a salvage vehicle is no diffrent than purchasing a non-salvaged vehicle. I've seen some that aren't worth spending a dollar on, and i've seen ones that i'd prefer over a new. It's a matter of doing your research before buying one. Would I purchase one at an auction?
